Sale Completed

We recently advised a Private Landlord in the successful off-market sale of 6 Lands Lane & 27 Albion Street, Leeds.

The property occupies a prominent corner location in the centre of Leeds and provided our client with a strong income return over the years of ownership. We have no doubt the asset will continue to be a solid investment for the new owners who were adeptly advised by Joe Baio and Ian Webster at Forge.

For more information on the transaction, or for assistance on any of your investment requirements, contact Patrick Over, Duart Keith or Gregor Martin.
