Eric is a partner in the Retail Agency team and has been with the business since qualifying over 28 years ago. Having been involved in high street agency for a number of years, Eric has specialised over the last 14 years or so in the ever growing restaurant and leisure sector and his knowledge and expertise in this area is second to none. Key clients include Pizza Express, Burger King and Azzurri Restaurants (Zizzi / Ask Italian). He is also involved in key leisure landlord instructions at Braehead XSITE, The Gate, Newcastle; St Enoch, Glasgow and Haymarket. Edinburgh. He is also retained for acquisition work for Tesco Express and through that has excellent knowledge for roadside and neighbourhood opportunities across Scotland where he also acts for the likes of Papa Johns and Indigo Sun amongst others.
Outside work Eric has two grown up children who keep him busy but when he has time he enjoys sport and in particular running, rugby and golf and when he wants a reality check watches Dunfermline Athletic.
