Alastair Rowe Partner

Alastair joined EYCO 15 years ago as a graduate surveyor and is now a Partner heading up the in town Retail Agency team where he deals with high street acquisitions and disposals. He advises Bayne’s the Bakers on all of their acquisitions and existing portfolio, advises Pandora on their Scottish portfolio and is part of the leasing team for St Enoch, Glasgow; The Centre, Livingston and The Piazza, Paisley.
Alastair is a keen sportsman who enjoys watching rugby, playing golf, skiing and cycling although the majority of his free time is now spent entertaining his two young boys, Isaac and Theo, with his wife Sarah.

Ruari Hobkirk Surveyor

Ruari joined EYCO in 2022 as a Graduate Surveyor after graduating from Oxford Brookes University with a degree in Property Development and Planning. Ruari passed his APC in November 2024 and is currently working in the Retail Agency team assisting on a range of High Street and Shopping Centre instructions. Outside of work Ruari has a keen interest in rugby, golf and skiing.
