Patrick Over Partner

Patrick is a Partner in the Investment Department, having joined in September 2023. Prior to this Patrick worked at Green & Partners in London where he was a Partner in the Investment Department focusing on the high street, retail warehouse, leisure and supermarket sector.
Today, Patrick is directly involved in the acquisition, disposal and funding of a wide variety of assets, across the UK, working closely with a diverse selection of clients encompassing major UK institutions and pension funds, property investment and development companies, high ‘net worth’ investors and private equity groups. Patrick is based in the London office.
Outside of work, Patrick has a keen interest in fitness, golf, rugby and skiing.

Alastair Rowe Partner

Alastair joined EYCO 15 years ago as a graduate surveyor and is now a Partner heading up the in town Retail Agency team where he deals with high street acquisitions and disposals. He advises Bayne’s the Bakers on all of their acquisitions and existing portfolio, advises Pandora on their Scottish portfolio and is part of the leasing team for St Enoch, Glasgow; The Centre, Livingston and The Piazza, Paisley.
Alastair is a keen sportsman who enjoys watching rugby, playing golf, skiing and cycling although the majority of his free time is now spent entertaining his two young boys, Isaac and Theo, with his wife Sarah.
