Neil McConnachie Managing Partner

Neil joined EYCO in 2004 specialising in office agency. He is Managing Partner and manages both landlord disposals and tenant acquisitions across Scotland. As well as acting for a number of established professional firms Neil has worked with many young technology companies and has played an integral role in helping them grow their businesses by negotiating deals for them to relocate to new office premises. Clients include Skyscanner, FreeAgent, People's Postcode Lottery, Thorntons Solicitors and Turcan Connell.
He loves both participating and watching all sports.

Peter Fraser Partner

Peter is a Partner in the Business Space team, having joined in January 2025. Peter previously worked at Avison Young where he led their Edinburgh Agency team for 11 years. Peter’s work there covered Edinburgh, the East and North of Scotland, working for a variety of Landlords, Occupiers and Public Sector clients across both the office and industrial sectors. Peter has experience of leading multidisciplinary teams and headed up NatWest Group’s branch disposal programme in Scotland, overseeing the disposal of over 150 properties across 6 years. At EYCO, Peter is immersed in both Landlord disposals and Tenant acquisitions, enjoying the problem solving nature of his job, identifying and delivering solutions to the property problems of his various clients. Outside of work, Peter has a keen interest in sport; mostly when it involves his four children – be it football, rugby, hockey or golf. And when he’s feeling particularly optimistic he’ll take in the odd Inverness Caledonian Thistle game.

Amy Matteo Graduate Surveyor

Amy joined EYCO in July 2022 as a placement student, and following her graduation from Edinburgh Napier University with a degree in Real Estate Surveying she has joined the Business Space team as a graduate surveyor. In her spare time Amy enjoys travelling, trying new restaurants/recipes, and catching up with friends and family.
