Eric Young & Co has agreed a lease extension at Unit 3A Douglas Bridge, Galashiels with Specsavers on behalf of an unnamed private client.
The unit comprises 1,922 sq ft (178.56 sq m) of ground floor sales space and 1,374 sq ft (127.65 sq m) on the first floor. The lease has been extended for a further 10 years at a rental of £26,000 per annum.
