He is also retained for acquisition work for Tesco Express and through that has excellent knowledge for roadside and neighbourhood opportunities across Scotland where he also acts for the likes of Papa Johns and Indigo Sun amongst others.
Outside work Eric has two grown up children who keep him busy but when he has time he enjoys sport and in particular running, rugby and golf and when he wants a reality check watches Dunfermline Athletic.
