Alastair is a keen sportsman who enjoys watching rugby, playing golf, skiing and cycling although the majority of his free time is now spent entertaining his two young boys, Isaac and Theo, with his wife Sarah.

Ian Whelan Managing Partner

Ian is Managing Partner at EYCO, working within the In Town and Out of Town Agency teams. He has been with the business for over 28 years and has extensive experience in the UK retail property market, specialising in retail agency, but also advising clients on asset management strategies and development initiatives in order to preserve or enhance asset values.
