Mars Pension Trustees has agreed two new lease extensions at Kingdom Centre, Glenrothes.

The lease at 2/4 Postgate with Baynes the Baker has been extended for a further 10 years at a rental of £20,000 per annum. The unit comprises 2,115 sq ft (196.50 sq m) of ground floor sales space.

The lease at 25 Unicorn Way with Savers Health & Beauty has been extended for a further 5 years at a rental of £32,000 per annum. The unit comprises 1,319 sq ft (122.56 sq m) of ground floor sales space and 602 sq ft (55.89 sq m) on the first floor
