EYCO had a fantastic day out at the Genesis Scottish Open at the Renaissance Club – some superb golf, and some valuable time to relax with clients and friends…not to mention the perfect weather!

We are delighted to welcome Ross Wilkie to the EYCO team as a Partner based in our Glasgow office. He will be dealing with all aspects of commercial retail leasing including acquisitions, disposals and shopping centre leasing.

EYCO has entered a team into the Women in Property Step into Summer challenge, raising funds and awareness for two incredible charities: Women’s Aid Federation of England and Girls Out Loud.🚶

Amy Matteo, Peter Fraser, Lucy Robinson, and Tommy Halligan are one of 77 teams taking on the epic Around Africa challenge – a virtual route covering 19,669 miles across 32 countries! In just the past 6 days, over 22 million steps have been logged, with almost half the route already completed.

Huge thanks to everyone involved in organising the fantastic Wooden Spoon Scotland – the children’s charity of rugby Golf Day at The Royal Burgess Golfing Society of Edinburgh yesterday.

It was inspiring to see so many people turn out – despite the challenging weather – to support such a fantastic cause, and raise over £14,000 which will now be put to good use!

To top things off, the EYCO team even managed to bring home the ‘silverware’, thanks to Oak & Black Ltd.!

Hopefully the team will be back to defend their title next year!

Great to attend Stamford Property Holdings Ltd’s launch presentation of ‘New Yards’ – their impressive new 183,000 sq ft office development next to Haymarket Station & tram halt in central Edinburgh.

Thanks to 7N Architects CBRE UK Savills and Uri Goldberg Matt Horne from Stamford for a highly informative presentation and lunch. It’s clear that New Yards is set to be a standout building, putting ESG, sustainability, and wellbeing front and centre – all essential qualities for today’s occupiers.

A great opportunity to get the EYCO team together for a photo  and enjoy some excellent company.

Fun evening at the Accessible Retail Quiz Night!

Despite a strong team of Robert Farmer, Ben Crossfield, Abigail Cacia,Emily Nelson and Simon Meacock it was mid-table mediocrity. It’s not the winning etc etc…Maybe next year. Great fun though.

The EYCO team have had a blast attending UKREiiF and exploring the beautiful city of Leeds!

It has been a fantastic opportunity to meet with new and existing connections to discuss the future of commercial property in Scotland and across the UK…helped of course by the sunshine…and rounding it off with a stunning meal at The Ivy Asia
