New Starbucks Drive-thru in Wolverhampton

A visit to Wolverhampton today for Georgia Croucher and I to see the new Starbucks Drive-thru store which has recently opened at Bentley Bridge Retail Park.

It was particularly pleasing to see this new site up and trading as, on this occasion, Starbucks undertook the build on behalf of the landlord, Aviva. The new drive-thru looks great, especially coupled with the standard Starbucks high calibre fit-out.

We also took the opportunity to meet with Lloyd James MRICS, the asset manager for the scheme, and Russell Homer MRICS, who acted on behalf of the landlord, and experienced the fruits of our labour! ☕ Thanks to Stuart Gall who led the acquisition from Starbucks perspective, but is currently sunning himself on holiday! ?, as well as the full project team including Robin Golder and David Wilson.

Alongside the expanded Louis Vuitton store, the extended Burberry lease and new stores for Mulberry England, TAG Heuer and Michael Kors, Gucci will further cement Multrees Walk’s position as the premier luxury shopping location outside London.
