Acting on behalf of Starter Culture, EYCO has negotiated a successful acquisition by agreeing a new lease over the above property extending to approx. 1,450 sq ft.
Acting on behalf of Thistle Realty Limited, EYCO has agreed a lease on 34 Kyle Street, Ayr with Royal Nails.
Acting on behalf of L & T Investment Holdings Limited, EYCO has agreed a new 10 year full repairing and insuring lease with Property 4U.
Acting jointly with JLL on behalf of Edinburgh Miller House Property Ltd, EYCO has agreed a lease of the vacant 2nd floor office suite at the above building with RSPB.
Following the comprehensive refurbishment of the building, which includes the removal of gas from the property, reconfiguration of the reception, installation of new air-conditioning and end of journey facilities, the landlord was able to relocate RSPB from the ground floor to the second floor of the building. Refurbishment of the ground floor suite is to commence imminently with space available from c. 2,000 to 12,800 sq ft.

Acting on behalf of Glamis Investments Ltd, EYCO has agreed a 10 year lease extension from 28th February 2026 with Ladbrokes.
Acting jointly with Savills on behalf of LCP Retail Properties Limited, EYCO has agreed a new 15 year lease with Wingstop on Unit 302, and a new 5 year lease with Cardzone t/a Clintons on Unit 115.
Acting jointly with Savills on behalf of St Enoch Trustee Company Limited, EYCO has agreed a 5 year lease extension from 1st September 2025 with Swarovski UK Ltd on Unit 0F.U31 and a 10 year lease extension from 4th March 2026 with Moriconi on Unit 0F.U51.
