Out of Town

The Out of Town Rent Review team currently hold rent review and lease renewal instructions throughout the United Kingdom and Ireland. We act for both landlords (including British Land, C&R, Threadneedle and Hammerson) and for tenants (B&Q, Asda, Wickes, Comet and Farmfoods for example).

We work closely with our agency, development, investment and rating colleagues in order to be aware of all possible factors which could impact on rental value. Our expertise encompasses non-food retail, supermarkets and out of town leisure.
