Our In Town Agency team is well respected in the Scottish market. We have a highly experienced team of 6 including 3 directors encompassing over 50 years experience in retail property throughout the UK. We use our experience and that of our valuation/rent review/agency colleagues and combine it with sound judgement and clear advice in order to provide a first class service to owners and occupiers of retail property.

Our focus is on shopping centre agency / asset management and retailer acquisition / disposal consultancy.

• Multiple disposal instructions for retailers UK-wide.
• 18 shopping centres including some of Scotland's top centres - Bon Accord & St Nicholas, Aberdeen; The Thistles, Stirling and The Mall, Falkirk.
• Assisting numerous retail clients with their expansion requirements including large stores for the likes of Primark, H&M and Arcadia
• Asset management and development/investment consultancy for shopping centre owners
• Advice to potential investors on strategy and future performance of retail property assets
• Constant liaison with our valuation/rent review/investment colleagues
• Advised on the formation of Scotland's largest ever Limited Property Partnership in Aberdeen
