Our In Town Agency team is well respected in the Scottish market. We have a highly experienced team of 6 including 3 partners encompassing over 50 years experience in retail property throughout the UK. We use our experience and that of our valuation/rent review/agency colleagues and combine it with sound judgement and clear advice in order to provide a first class service to owners and occupiers of retail property.

Our focus is on shopping centre agency / asset management and retailer acquisition / disposal consultancy.

• Multiple disposal instructions for retailers UK-wide.
• 18 shopping centres including some of Scotland's top centres - Bon Accord & St Nicholas, Aberdeen; St Enoch, Glasgow; The Thistles, Stirling and Howgate, Falkirk.
• Assisting numerous retail clients with their expansion requirements including large stores for the likes of Primark, H&M and Arcadia
• Asset management and development/investment consultancy for shopping centre owners
• Advice to potential investors on strategy and future performance of retail property assets
• Constant liaison with our valuation/rent review/investment colleagues
• Advised on the formation of Scotland's largest ever Limited Property Partnership in Aberdeen

Out of Town

Our Out of Town Agency team is involved in acquisitions and disposals of both leasehold and freehold property across the UK in all types of edge of town and out of town properties, including retail warehouses and food stores of all sizes. Our team has a depth of knowledge gained by years of providing our clients with the best possible service. We represent both tenants (including B&Q, Tesco, Comet, Arcadia, Mothercare) and landlords (British Land, Hammerson, C&R, Prudential, Aviva, Threadneedle) and are asset managers or letting agents for 15 retail parks across Scotland and England.
